La virtualització està esdevenint una de les eines més potents, però alhora senzilles, per consolidar les aplicacions en els centres de processament de dades (CPDs) i en conseqüència una de les eines que de manera més ràpida permeten un estalvi energètic (aconseguint una computació energèticament més eficient).

El nostre grup, convençuts del nostre deure en ajudar a divulgar resultats científics que permetin maneres de fer un món millor on viure , ha col.laborat en aquesta divulgació amb TV3 el passat gener (veure video a energyefficientcomputingtv3 ).

Let me explain some details about the picture in the web page header.

The picture shows a fabulous view of part of the Pyrenees. The picture is taken on July 3rd, 2004 by me (and a good friend Humbert Mallafrè) from the top of the first rise of Posets peak. Posets is the second highest peak of the Pyrenees. Shown in the left part the picture is the Macizo de la Maladeta. Aneto peak, sometimes named Nethou in France, is the highest mountain in the Pyrenees (3.404 m.). Click the following picture for the remaining summit names.
